New York History Net does not conduct genealogical research, nor respond to genealogical inquiries.  Contact the fine, hard-working and dedicated people of the NYGenWeb Project regarding genealogy projects.

Each county in the state has been assigned a webmaster. As a result, the GenWeb Project is probably putting more historical data on the web than any other group.
